Our calling
Faith that moves
toward people.
Jeff and Tonya Hoglen moved to the Philippines in July 2022 with a clear mission: reach people far from Jesus, make disciples, and plant life-giving churches.
Open Arms International Ministries is rooted in Scripture and the Great Commission. We work alongside local leaders to create lasting spiritual and practical change—one person, one family, and one community at a time.
Meet Jeff & Tonya Hoglen
Jeff and Tonya Hoglen serve as missionaries, pastors, trainers, and spiritual parents in the Philippines. They moved to the Philippines in July 2022 to reach people far from Jesus, make disciples, and plant churches.
Jeff serves as Lead Pastor of RockFish Church Philippines, has more than two decades of ministry experience, has earned a Doctorate of Ministry, serves as CEO of ChurchPlanting.com, and is a certified Maxwell Leadership Speaker, Coach, and Trainer.
Tonya brings a pastoral and practical heart to the work, including the launch of Hand Up House — a Christ-centered home environment for college-aged women transitioning out of unsafe or toxic living situations.
