Open Arms International Ministries · Philippines
Hope takes root
when we go.
Making disciples, developing leaders, planting churches, and opening our arms to communities in need.
to communities across the Philippines
Our calling
Faith that moves
toward people.
Jeff and Tonya Hoglen moved to the Philippines in July 2022 with a clear mission: reach people far from Jesus, make disciples, and plant life-giving churches.
Open Arms International Ministries is rooted in Scripture and the Great Commission. We work alongside local leaders to create lasting spiritual and practical change—one person, one family, and one community at a time.
