Jeff & Tonya Hoglen
Jeff and Tonya Hoglen are the founders of Open Arms International Ministries and have been married for 14 years. They have 3 children, Zachary, Christina and Skyler.
They have served the Lord in various areas such as children’s and youth pastor, worship pastor and senior pastor. The Hoglen family has been involved in church planting for the past 10 years, both in the USA and overseas.
Jeff and Tonya are business owners as well as ministers and have used their entrepreneurial background in establishing a micro-enterprise ministry in the Philippines.
Currently Jeff is serving as the international director for Open Arms International Ministries and active in church planting, missions and mentoring new leaders. His heart is to see the body of Christ truly united and working together to spread the message of Jesus.
Matt & Robin Crump
Matt and Robin Crump have been married nearly 20 years and have been serving the Lord through there entire marriage. Matt came from a life of drug and alcohol abuse and was radically saved while serving in the US Army in the Mojave Desert.
They have traveled nationally and abroad and served as a Pastor, co-pastor, youth pastor, children's pastor and headed a national ministry. Matt was also a recording artist on tour for 3 years before coming back to serve at a local church. Robin has been in the medical field for over 13 years as Physical Therapist Assistant and Director of Rehab at a local hospital helping patients learn how to come back from major injuries.
Now with their two children, Mikayla and Gehrum, the Crump's are excited to be a part of Crossroads UMC. Matt is serving as Executive Pastor at the church in Fayetteville, NC as well as serving on the apostolic council of Open Arms International Ministries.
Donnie has been in ministry since 1983 and actively involved in world missions since 1987. He served 3 years as a missionary in the Philippines. Through the years he has led many short term missions trips worldwide in countries such as Thailand, Brazil, Romania, Haiti, and Mexico as well as in the Appalachia region of the United States. He also served as Senior Pastor in several churches. Donnie is a pioneer who trains people for ministry and leads them in various ministry endeavors. He feels that all believers are called to action and are to become the Heart, Hands, and Feet of Jesus. He resides in Lexington, South Carolina with his wife Bonnie. They have been married over 27 years and have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
