MAY 2008 UPDATES:
Myrtle Beach Outreach
Although we have only been in SC for a couple months, God has shown Himself faithful as we have seen lives changed. From homeless to hopeful...from high on substance to high on Gods love. The outreach is based out of our thrift store - the Eclectic Corner Thrift located at 503 9th Avenue N, Myrtle Beach SC.
A special thanks to "The Father's House" Myrtle Beach SC for donating items to the thrift store. Pastor Howie and the entire church family were a joy to meet and we thank them for their support and generosity.
Proceeds from ther the thrift store help support our local Hope for the Homeless Outreach Ministry. We are also able to donate items to help those less fortunate in our outreach centers in the Philippines.

UPDATES FROM LIBERIA
The following update was provided by Bishop Tubman Sarpee - OAIM Overseer of Liberia
Praise Report
Thanks to our partners in the harvest, we were able to mold 4,000 of the 39,000 needed bricks for the construction of the new school building and orphanage.
A well was dug and a hand pump installed in order to provide safe drinking water at one of the temporary orphanage buildings.
Prayer Requests
We now have over 100 orphans who need sponsorship. Please pray for sponsors who will faithfully support the children with $25 per month.
Please pray for the completion of the building project which consists of the school building and orphanage dormitory. We need to raise the balance of the 35,000 bricks at a cost of $1 per brick and an additional $5,000 for the labor costs.
